Field notes

Questions, answered.

How quickly will I receive my images?

Standard photo assignments are generally delivered within two business days. Video, larger properties, and specialized documentation may require additional time; your delivery date is confirmed before the shoot.

What happens if the weather is poor?

Safety and image quality come first. Aerial work may be rescheduled for wind, rain, restricted airspace, or other conditions. The FAA Remote Pilot in Command makes the final flight-safety decision.

Do I need to prepare the property?

Yes. Clean counters, open blinds, turn on lights, secure pets, and remove vehicles or personal items you do not want photographed. We provide a simple pre-shoot checklist when you book.

Is roof imaging the same as an inspection?

No. Recon Imaging provides visual documentation only. We do not perform engineering, roofing diagnosis, appraisal, code-compliance opinions, damage estimates, or public adjusting.
